A canopy made of Swiss Shield fabric is the ultimate solution for the complete screening of your sleeping \u00adplace. Working on the principle of a Faraday\u2018s cage, the Swiss Shield canopy shields your bed from electromagnetic radiation: The best conditions for a peaceful and healthy sleep.<\/p>\n

Anti radiation bed canopy for complete shielding of high-frequency electromagnetic waves. The canopy consists of Swiss Shield\u00ae, a decorative, unbleached, high frequency shielding fabric with copper silver wire and a coating over it so that no oxidation \/ discolouration occurs.<\/p>\n

Swiss Shield fabrics do not contain any silver nano particles, nickel or any other harmful metal \/ substances causing allergic reactions. You will never be in contact with silver using Swiss Shield fabrics. Swiss Shield textiles reflect electromagnetic radiation.<\/p>\n

Fabric<\/strong>
\nSwiss Shield\u00aeNATURELL (Cotton) or Swiss Shield\u00ae NEW DAYLITE (Polyester): NATURELL has the usual textile properties of cotton. NATURELL is the most popular fabric for bed canopies, breathable and with very high damping. NEW DAYLITE is our lightest and most breathable polyester fabric, looks like net curtains. The fabric is less tightly woven than NATURELL, making the fabric very transparent and wrinkle-free, but it therefore provides slightly less shielding, still very high, see the attenuation differences here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Width<\/strong>
\n180cm or 220cm: Our advice is to have the bed canopy wider than the bed. For example, if your bed is 180cm wide, we recommend a mosquito net of 220cm wide instead of 180cm, so that you have a space of 20cm on both sides of the bed. This of course depends on each situation and sometimes a wider bed canopy is not possible due to space. This does not affect the working of the fabric, but it can be useful to prevent you from accidentally moving the bed canopy during the night and a wider bed canopy gives a more spacious feeling.<\/p>\n

Opening<\/strong>
\n2 or 4: With 2 openings, the bed canopy has an overlap on both sides (on the length). If you choose 4 openings, there will be an overlap\/entrance on all sides (width and length). 4 openings can be useful for tying the mosquito net together at the corners and\/or making it easier for you to make the bed. See example.<\/a><\/p>\n

Pleats<\/strong>
\nThe pleat is only there because the canopy looks a bit fuller. If there is no pleat, the fabric hangs straight, but with a considerable overlap at the openings. However, the working of the fabric is the same. Making pleats takes extra fabric and time, hence the additional cost. Style is very personal, that\u2019s why the choice is yours.<\/p>\n

Under bed<\/strong>
\nThe bottom of the bed canopy is open. We recommend the onder bed mat to also protect the underside. This is important if, for example, you sleep on a floor and\/or there is a chance that radiation can enter the bed canopy from the bottom. The Luxe onder bed is made of Swiss Shield ULTIMA, attached to a strong fabric that can be cleaned with the vacuum cleaner.<\/p>\n

You may not feel comfortable in the canopy during the first 14 days. Your body literally has to get rid of the radiation exposure. However, once your body is used to this healthy sleeping situation, the body will become stronger. It can handle more radiation loads during the day.<\/p>\n

Never place a device in the canopy, this gives a higher radiation load. The device will always try to find the transmission tower or the WiFi and will therefore scale up.<\/p>\n
